• About Us

  Asia Feeds is a leading Poultry Feed manufacturing company in Pakistan. We introduce ourselves as a leading producer of top quality poultry feeds in Pakistan. The company was incorporated as Asia Poultry Feeds (Pvt.) Ltd. on Oct. 04, 1993 and started its production on Aug. 14, 1994. Since then the company has emerged as one of the top five poultry feed producing companies of Pakistan by applying the latest scientific concepts in poultry nutrition. Our business has been extended through out all four provinces of Pakistan and the company owns a most modern, state of the art feed production plant of Swiss and Italian origin.

  

• About Founder

  (Late)Dr Ghulam Nabi Ch, owner of Asia Poultry Feeds, graduated as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UVAS in 19xx. Began his career as Veterinary Officer at Govt. Lab/Hospital, but the ambitious and visionary man in him compelled Dr. Ghulam Nabi Ch. to step forward to bigger challenges.

  

• The Challenge

  Accepting the challenge posed by his progressive nature, the first step taken towards the establishment of Asia Poultry Feeds was when he acquired a feed agency (of Hi Feed) in Multan and built a good reputation by providing swift and quality technical services to farmers. The result oriented approach and his dedication towards his work, helped farmers achieve much elevated and economical results.

  

• Growth

  19xx saw the visionary entrepreneur acquire the agency of SB Chicks for South Punjab, Sindh (and XYZ). His prime focus was on building brand awareness and customer loyalty in the region, resulting in a spike in sales as the agency sold XX chicks weekly. He kept the agency of SB chicks till 20xx (after which we launched our own brand of day old chicks). It was vital for Asia Poultry Feeds to understand the poultry business from the grass root level.

  

• Birth of Asia Feeds

  After years of experience in business of chicks and feed, Dr Ghulam Nabi Ch decided to set up a poultry feed mill in Multan. As with most startups, the beginning was marked by limited financial resources and hence the campaign began with mesh feed mill at time when the industry had already moved to Pellet feed. Production was slow and low, as we favored acquiring only the supreme quality grains by digging deep into our own pockets.

  

• Was it successful?

  Not only Asia Poultry Feeds successfully sold the mesh feed in market but that too on higher price than pellet feed – why? Because it was “simply that good

  

• Trendsetters

  Asia Poultry Feeds under the supervision of Dr. Ghulam Nabi has been a trendsetter in the industry since the day of its inception. Before Asia Poultry Feeds started its operations, farmers did not measure the quality of feed, Dr Ghulam Nabi introduced the concept of FCR in the local market to help farmers better understand the economics and efficacy of feed they are using.

  We have differentiated ourselves from the rest based upon our quality and providing our consumer with real-time and lasting benefits in terms of enhanced FCR with each usage of our feed.

  

• Always one step ahead of Market

  In 1998 Asia Poultry feeds upgraded its Production unit to make it the first fully automated and most advanced feed mill unit in Pakistan. People in local industry disparaged this upgradation but Pakistani Feed mill industry soon followed that design in the coming years. Designs of new feed mills are based on the model of our state of the art Feed Mill Unit in Multan.

  

• Expansion

  Asia poultry feeds found it difficult to compete in the markets of North Punjab and Urban Sindh despite the superior feed quality due to freight and expensive carriage. Hence we decided to set up feed mills near Lahore and Karachi. Lahore Feed Mill started production in 20xx while Karachi Feed Mill started its production in 20xx. Asia Poultry Feeds now has three state-of-the-art feed production units in Multan, Lahore and Karachi. We are now providing services and quality feed all over the country. The annual production is xx bags/tons of commercial feed, making Asia Poultry feeds one of the largest feed manufacturers of Pakistan.

  Asia Poultry feeds installed Pakistan’s first state of the art single stage hatchery for commercial broilers, once again upholding the tradition of revolutionizing the local market and providing our customers with superior product. Single stage hatcheries need more investment and operate at higher cost as compared to multi stage hatcheries but due to better bio security, optimum hatching conditions and superior quality, they have been extensively used to produce high quality and healthy parent stock in Poultry Sector. For the first time in Pakistan, Asia Feeds decided to bring the same level of quality and health in broiler (which actually reaches the end consumer), so that our customers (farmers) can perform better and consumers get healthier chicken.

  Ultramodern hatchery and best hatchery management are still the half success as practices and conditions in breeder farms play vital role in the quality of chicks. This is why Asia Feeds invested in Pakistan’s first fully automatic environment controlled breeder houses in Pakistan so that we could produce quality hatch able eggs under very strict bio security and modern breeding techniques. Together, Single Stage hatchery and Automatic bio secured breeder farms make it possible to produce an Alpha Chick. The loyalty of our customers with Asia Feed Mills is a testimony of our success.
